1. TRADEMARK REGISTER & PROPRIETARY MARKS
"CULTURE IS RESISTANCE"™ (USPTO Classes 025, 035, 041) and "TM SONIC LAB"™ (USPTO Classes 009, 041) are proprietary trademarks and service marks of TM Design Lab LLC. All visual brand identifiers, insignia, typographic lockups, garment silhouettes, and digitizing schematics associated with COMMISSION 01 and catalog releases constitute proprietary trade dress and intellectual property of TM Design Lab LLC. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, imitation, or counterfeit distribution constitutes trademark infringement, false designation of origin, and unfair competition under federal (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.) and state law.

2. MASTER RECORDINGS & UNDERLYING COMPOSITIONS (100% ONE-STOP CLEARANCE)
All sound recordings, master multitrack stems, underlying musical compositions, arrangements, and lyrical manuscripts hosted on, embodied in, or delivered through this domain—including Track 01 // NEVER DEFEATED through Track 10 // Dabke On A Tank (GS1 UPC 884400855787)—are protected under United States and international copyright law (Title 17, U.S. Code):

Commercial synchronization, public broadcast, theatrical exhibition, sampling, or interpolation strictly requires an executed Master & Publishing Sync License Agreement.

3. EMBROIDERY DIGITIZING & TECHNICAL STUDIO ASSETS
All digital embroidery machine code (.DST, .PES, .EMB), vector schematics, stitch pathing algorithms, tension parameters, and production mockups are exclusive proprietary industrial property of TM Design Lab LLC. Sublicensing, peer-to-peer file sharing, decompilation, reverse engineering, or unauthorized industrial manufacturing utilizing these proprietary digital assets is strictly prohibited and vigorously enforced.
