RETURN & REFUND POLICY // TM DESIGN LAB LLC

1. COMMISSION 01 & MADE-TO-ORDER MERCHANDISE
All physical apparel releases—including COMMISSION 01 "CULTURE IS RESISTANCE"—are produced strictly as bespoke, made-to-order commissions. Because each piece requires individual digital stitch pathing, hoop preparation, and commercial multi-needle embroidery finishing within a strictly capped 100-unit global run, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or buyer's remorse. Please consult our technical sizing charts prior to allocation.

2. ORDER ALLOCATION & FINALITY
Because blank inventory allocations, hooping schedules, and material staging initiate immediately upon checkout, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified once placed.

3. DEFECTS & FULFILLMENT REMEDY
We hold our garment construction to strict archival standards. If your piece arrives with objective structural failure prior to wear (e.g., fabric rupture) or an incorrect item/size was fulfilled relative to your confirmed order receipt, notify us within seven (7) business days of carrier delivery confirmation at contact@tmdesignlab.co with your order number and clear photographic documentation. Verified claims will be remedied exclusively via replacement of the allocated piece. Monetary refunds will not be issued.

4. DIGITAL AUDIO DOWNLOADS & PROPRIETARY DIGITAL ASSETS
All digital goods—including consumer digital album releases ("OCCUPIED PALESTINE DIGITAL ALBUM"), uncompressed 24-Bit / 48 kHz WAV studio masters, audio stem multitracks, sample archives, and proprietary embroidery machine digitizing files (.DST, .PES, .EMB)—are delivered electronically via automated fulfillment dispatch. Because digital audio and data assets are intangible, irrevocable, and immediately accessible upon transmission, ALL DIGITAL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE once download credentials or fulfillment emails have been generated by our servers. Server dispatch timestamps and download access telemetry serve as conclusive proof of delivery for dispute defense with payment processors.

5. CARRIER TRANSIT & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
TM Design Lab LLC fulfills all orders via tracked domestic carrier services to the exact shipping address provided at checkout. We are not liable for packages marked delivered by the carrier or returned due to customer address entry error. Returned packages will require additional shipping freight prior to re-dispatch.
